RESULTS

It is planned that the adult education staff will achieve the following results in the course of the project:

-activities that will strenghthen the cooperation so to exchange experiences and know-how about the activities of the partners – international project meetings and systematic on-line contact during the project;

-virtual and literal mobility of the participants thanks to the international cooperation, trips, constant contact via social networks and e-mails;

-development of creative and critical thinking;

-ability to select materials;

-new or improved methods of verifying the developing skills;

The following results are planned to be achieved by the participants after the end of the project:

-reinforcement of the relations between the partners and providing opportunities for further cooperation in other projects connected with educational matters

-innovative approach to teaching;

-exchange of experience regarding work and participation in other similar initiatives;

-raise of the quality and influence on the accuracy of the educational offer;

-adjustment of the developed skills to the requirements of the labor market;

-introducement of new forms and methods of teaching – the staff will develop the practical skills concerning the antiviolence and anti harrassment strategies;

-creating equal opportunities;

-obtainment of the European added value;

-participatory approach in every domain of activity;

-experience in the area of organising international meetings;

-understanding of the systems applied in other countries;

-raising awareness in the area of formal and informal educational;

-new and reinforced cooperation between the partners of the project;

-promoting organizations and initiatives proposed by the European Union;

-personal and public skills;

-expanding knowledge about the culture, climate and geography of the partnership countries.

Results achieved in the course of the project, which could be of use during the project and after it has ended:

-analysis of the definition of anger, violence and harrassment – legal acts

-standard work techniques and antiviolence techniques (programmes with fixed goals based upon the innovative work methods)

– outlines and scenarios of classes

– Best Practice Guide

– tools for constant monitoring of the quality of work of the coaches and the staff and also the evaluation of the participants abilities, influence of the project on their development.

All elaborations will be prepared in languages of the partners and in the language of the project (Polish, Greek, Portugese, English).

The materials will be archieved and publicly accessable.
